Jessica’s health coaching is truly transformational! I had the privilege of working with her for several sessions; I had reached out to her after finding myself struggling with numerous chronic health issues. She met me where I was at by being continually compassionate and encouraging while helping me to set realistic goals for myself to improve my nutrition/eating habits. and most importantly, my mindset. Her holistic approach to viewing my health was a game changer – she dug deeper than standard 15-minute visits with a general MD could ever do. She always asked the right questions to enable me to get to the root cause. I felt heard and inspired because she had walked the walk before and had overcome many health struggles. I highly recommend working with Jessica – she’s got the science nerd knowledge down to a tee, school of life experience, plus the empathy to work with the complexity of what it means to be human. This coach will lead you to victory!

Coach Jess is AMAZING! I came to her with a lot on my plate and a lot of goals to work towards. Each session she helped me to work towards those goals and create action steps to achieve them. She listens intently and believes in me even when I don't believe in myself. I am blessed to call her my coach!

Invest in yourself with coach Jess! I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. My doctors didn’t seem to understand what was happening and I felt like my body was betraying me. I found Coach Jess and decided to try one last thing. She was patient with me as I discovered areas of my life that needed change. Through small steps, I learned that progress, not perfection, added up to big changes. Today I am finally feeling like I did years ago and I’m so thankful she believed me.

The Evolving Role of Health Coaching
Health coaching, with the modern ease of phone and internet, is a scienced backed way to improve chronic issues like heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure [1].
It has been effective in improving weight and nutrition behaviors, particularly in increasing fruit and vegetable intake and aiding in weight management. The effectiveness was observed across different populations and through various delivery methods, including in-person and remote coaching. The study reviewed trials ranging from 8 weeks to 12 months, with positive outcomes noted in nearly all trials [3].
Health coaching significantly reduces outpatient and total healthcare costs for high-risk patients, with cost savings of up to $412 per person per month [2].
Studies show the long-term effectiveness and positive outcomes of health coaching in rehabilitation and prevention [4]. It highlights that health coaching plays a significant role in these areas, demonstrating its potential as a valuable tool for long-term health improvements.
